Tonight was the Navasota Christmas Party.  Its wonderful to be home, and to be with all the Cowboy's and their families.

Trooper Allen

On Thanksgiving Day, a tragedy occurred in Freestone County!  Trooper Allen made a routine traffic stop, and was murdered!  A sins-less act, a father, husband, brother and son's life was taken for no reason!
We traveled into Mexia today and the streets were being blocked off!  And blue ribbon's were on business's and lined the Hwy 84.  Officer Allen's funeral was being held at the Mexia Football stadium.  We stopped and watched the funeral procession!  The honor and those who came to pay their respects to Trooper Allen and his family, was wonderful, it made me cry!  Every State was represented, sending a Police Officer, and every Texas County, and City was also represented.

We send our love and prayers to he's family.  Everywhere we went today and the next day! We met people who new officer Allen.  And shared their stores with us!  Such a terrible loss.
